Skynet Investment Management — компанія з управління фондами, яка працює разом із маркетмейкером Skynet Trading. Вона створює регульовані інвестиційні фонди, через які блокчейн-протоколи підтримують власні екосистеми, а як свій кейс наводить фонд Skynet EGLD Capital.

Що ми зробили

Ми розробили для неї презентацію фонду для Aleph Zero: дванадцять слайдів, які пропонують мережі фонд екосистеми й ведуть від самого управителя та його попереднього фонду до директорів, умов фонду, його стратегії та керуючої компанії.

Презентація інвестиційного фонду в темно-синій рамці з вирізами

Дизайн пітч-деку дає кожному слайду однакову рамку: темно-синю панель із вирізами у формі вкладок на верхньому й нижньому краях і ступінчастими виїмками з боків, вписану в білу облямівку. На обкладинці два кути перетинають тонкі бірюзові діагоналі, логотип Skynet Trading із доріжок друкованої плати стоїть над заголовком по центру, а рядок із датою внизу набрано моноширинним шрифтом. На внутрішніх слайдах нижній лівий кут позначають три маленькі білі квадрати, як і в презентації компанії Skynet Trading.

Перша половина аргументації — про те, хто керуватиме фондом. Представлення управителя стоїть поруч із фото Землі з орбіти. Попередній фонд EGLD подано як кейс поруч із його власним логотипом — знаком із доріжок плати всередині кільця з точками-вузлами. Далі три слайди про директорів мають один макет: квадратний портрет ліворуч, а праворуч ім’я та біографія, набрані моноширинним шрифтом.

03 / 12 Кейс фонду EGLD Case study “Skynet EGLD Capital Fund”. In April 2022 the Skynet EGLD Capital Fund was launched with an investor subscription amount of USD 40 million. Investors in the fund comprised of Elrond Foundation, Elrond core team members, external VCs and long-term supporters of the Elrond ecosystem. The fund allowed for subscriptions in USDC, USDT and in Elrond’s native token EGLD. This in-kind EGLD contribution required a bespoke solution where cooperation between Binance Institutional and NAV Consulting (administrator of the fund) was required. Умови фонду Aleph Zero в моноширинних таблицях

Далі йдуть постачальники послуг — рівна сітка плиток із логотипами поверх ледь помітного зоряного поля, — а потім презентація переходить до пропозиції. Слайд «Aleph Zero Ecosystem Fund» розміщує напівпрозору текстову панель на тлі знака мережі — літери A, підсвіченої ззаду зеленим світлом. Це найяскравіший слайд презентації, і саме з нього починається пропозиція.

Запропоновану структуру фонду й керуючу компанію подано як прості двоколонкові таблиці моноширинним шрифтом — назва параметра ліворуч, значення праворуч, між рядками тонкі лінії, — тож такі умови, як тип фонду, право голосу, комісії та бар’єрна ставка, читаються як терм-шит. Слайд про стратегію перелічує чотири підходи — від інвестицій в екосистему й стейкінгу до алгоритмічної торгівлі та відокремлених активів (side pockets). Фінальний слайд ставить пласку бірюзову літеру A поруч із логотипом Skynet і повторює рядок з обкладинки.
