What is the thelegacy blog about?
Brand, product and pitch deck design for crypto, fintech and tech companies. The articles explain, for example, how branding and marketing differ, when a company needs a rebrand and which design patterns make people trust a money app.
How are the articles organised?
In two categories. Product holds the articles on brand and product design. Materials holds free design files you can download and use in your own work, such as the pack of 3D crypto icons.
Who writes the articles?
Viktor Skrin, the founder of thelegacy, an independent design studio working since 2012. His author page lists every article he has published in the language you are reading.
Are the examples taken from real projects?
Yes. The articles show their answers on work from the studio's own case studies: screens, brand systems and pitch deck slides that thelegacy designed for its clients. Every case is in the portfolio.
In which languages are the articles published?
In English, Ukrainian and Russian. Each article has a version in all three languages, and the language switcher in the menu opens the same page in another one.
Can thelegacy design this for my company?
