Dequity
dEquity tokenizes income-producing real estate as NFTs, sells fractions of each property to investors and lets those tokens trade on its own DEX.
A light-theme investment website, a dark-mode trading interface for property tokens and investor pitch deck slides, drawn in one design system so the deck and the product read as the same company.
Real estate investment website in a light theme
dEquity turns income-producing buildings into NFTs. Investors buy fractions of a property, receive rent distributions, and can sell their tokens on the platform's own DEX instead of waiting out a holding period.
For the website of this real estate tokenization platform we chose white and pale sky blue, with orange reserved for actions such as Create Account and Invest in Real Estate. The hero tower is two stacked glass blocks rising out of cloud, part building, part chain of blocks, under a strip of crypto prices. Below it sit the Top offers to invest list, property pages like 100 Ocean Drive with yield, ticker and a bi-weekly payout schedule, a nine-card benefits grid, and the token distribution donut. On mobile the same sections stack into one column.
Dark mode trading UI for property tokens
The light screens have dark twins built from the same components. The Top offers to invest table lists buildings the way a broker lists stocks: property type and city, yield in green, price, a sparkline, ticker, total emission and a Details button. A property page splits into Information and Trading tabs, keeping year built, units and yield apart from the market. Trading pairs a price chart, with ranges from 1d to All, with an order panel showing buy and sell levels, limit price, quantity in shares, expiration and a green Place Buy Order button. Gains are green and losses orange throughout, and orange also marks the active menu item.
Investor pitch deck slides in the same system
The pitch deck moves the brand onto a near-black ground. Every slide carries the squared-off dEquity wordmark top left, an orange section label top right and a thin orange rule beneath, so Problems, Solutions, Market Value and Forecast, Tokenomics, Token Distribution and Roadmap all sit in one frame. Headlines fade from white to grey along the line, which puts the weight on the opening words. The thread-line wave from the website hero returns on the title slide, shifting from blue to orange, and the product slides place real platform screens, the offers table and the trading view, beside one short claim each.
